Cool Room Collective - Vintage + Maker is a unique collaboration between Julie Austin-Dear and Tracy Frawley.

Brought together by their mutual love for arts and crafts, pre-loved and vintage fashion and a shared vision to build a creative and circular community showcasing pre-loved and local makers all under one roof.

Cool Room Collective - Vintage + Makers is a sustainable concept store in Maylands promoting conscious consumerism.  Located on Eighth Avenue in one of Mayland's historic shops, we have created and curated a unique collection of pre-loved vintage and designer clothing, complemented by local, organic and handmade products creating a hub of sustainable living.

Our 'happy ever after' is a bustling warehouse full of curated vintage and pre-loved designer fashion, locally made and designed products, arts and crafts workshops, plants, a shared community garden, great coffee, an artisan bakery, and lots of collaborating with like-minded people and community groups.
